Our aim is to offer you full transparency and provide you with all the important information about our prices, booking conditions and services before you make your first reservation.

Our rebooking rate of 99% is almost unique in the industry. The few exceptions are not due to dissatisfaction, but to external reasons that we cannot influence - for example, if a family moves abroad, their life situation changes (e.g. addition to the family) or a dog can no longer be looked after in the group for reasons of age or health.

Our rebooking rate of 99 % is almost unique in the industry. Individual times for check-in and check-out are possible at any time by arrangement -
flexibly tailored to your daily routine. -
Züripets® is centrally located in Glattpark Zurich and is optimally connected:
By car: Directly accessible via the A1 highway (exit Zurich-Opfikon / Glattbrugg).
Parking is available for max. 15 minutes (1 minute walk, Voisin-Strasse visitor parking lot Minimax, parking spaces 6-9, switch on the warning sign).
Attention: No through traffic on Boulevard Lilienthal.Streetcar: Only a 2-minute walk from the Lindberghplatz stops (streetcar 10, 12) and SRF television studio a few minutes' walk away (streetcar 11).
Bus: Connection directly in front of the door via line 781 (bus stop Lindbergh-Allee).
Plane/train: Only 5 minutes from Zurich Airport, 10 minutes by train to the city of Zurich.
This means that we are quickly and easily accessible for dog owners from the region as well as for international guests.

Yes - Züripets® is officially approved by the Zurich Veterinary Office and meets all legal requirements for animal care, safety and hygiene and employs only trained specialists.
Our team consists of trained and experienced professionals who regularly attend further training courses - for example in the areas of dog behavior, first aid for animals, hygiene and training. In this way, we ensure that your dog is looked after professionally, safely and lovingly at all times.

Overnight dogs sleep in our safe, 24/7 supervised and comfortable Züripets® Lofts. Each dog is allowed to choose its own place to sleep. No dog is locked up, kept on a lead or in a crate. If you wish, your dog can even sleep in the human bed with you.

Yes, we are there for you 365 days a year and 24/7. Please note, surcharges for weekends (+50 %), public holidays and special days (+100 %) or emergency fees.

Yes - we offer grooming, washing, cutting & styling directly at Züripets®. At the moment we are fully booked and have free appointments available again from 01.08.2026.

We look after bitches and neutered and non-neutered males of all breeds. Prerequisites are
valid vaccination status (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, kennel cough, leptospirosis)

Yes, getting to know the human-dog team in person is mandatory. This is how we ensure that your dog feels comfortable with us. Exceptions can be checked individually.

From 16 weeks of age, provided basic immunization has been completed. Your vet or, on request, our Züripets vet will advise you on this. Otherwise, 1:1 care can be provided until basic immunization.

In such cases, care can only be provided after consultation and subject to capacity - exclusively in 1:1 care at a separate Züripets location, not in a pack.

Yes - a valid pet passport with up-to-date vaccination status (including distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis, hepatitis and kennel cough) is mandatory for care at Züripets®.

Yes - to protect all dogs, regular worming and up-to-date parasite prophylaxis must be proven.

In the case of conspicuous behavior, we decide individually. Unfortunately, we cannot accept dogs that endanger themselves or others. We will be happy to advise you in advance at the Meet & Greet.

The dogs go out several times a day with trained staff to the 16-hectare recreational area. They are generally kept on a lead - they are allowed to run off the lead in the secure free-range area on our 2,000 m² dog meadow.

We keep our dogs in packs without crates, leashes or restraints. The pack is put together harmoniously, dynamic dogs are relieved and small, old or sensitive dogs are protected.
We mainly work in a social pack setting, but also offer individual care if required and on request.

All areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day, using only dog-friendly cleaning products. Basic cleaning is also carried out daily.

Yes - customers receive regular visit reports with photos and information via the app. FaceTime calls can also be booked.

Yes - whether it's a special feeding ritual, training or rest periods: All special requests can be considered individually.

Yes - we recommend at least 1-2 daycare days for acclimatization before a longer stay is planned. This allows your dog to gain confidence and we get to know him better.

Our guests are never alone. At Holidaycare, the dogs sleep together with a human in a safe environment - for security and a feeling of being at home.

Yes - you are welcome to bring a blanket or a toy with a familiar smell for the vacation care. This is not a must, as we ensure your dog's well-being and occupation - but it can give your dog additional security.

The customer portal is currently only available in English. However, it is very easy and intuitive to use. And if you need support, we can help you personally at any time - whether it's with the setup, bookings or questions about your dog's profile.

Conveniently available at any time: With Züripets® you can make your bookings worldwide in any situation, simply and easily 24/7.
All bookings are made exclusively via the customer portal via web browser access or our exclusive Züripets® booking app. There you will also find all prices, invoices and updates in real time - no annoying phone calls, no e-mail correspondence and no waiting for a reply.

Short-term bookings are also possible for Daycare and Holidaycare, subject to availability. We recommend booking Holidaycare at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially before vacation periods.

No - with Züripets® you are not tied to fixed days of the week. You can book care flexibly according to your needs. However, we recommend that you plan a certain regularity with daycare, as this will benefit your dog's education, socialization and routine.

This corresponds to only around CHF 5.75 per hour - for continuous professional, supervised and familiar premium care in living room style.Holidaycare: from CHF 100.- / 26h per day & night/dog (non-flex rate)
This corresponds to less than CHF 3.85 per hour for all-round care without compromise.
All prices exclude VAT and surcharges. You can find a detailed price list in the customer portal at any time.

The following applies to Daycare:
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. If the cancellation is made later or the dog does not show up (no-show), the full amount will be charged.
The following applies to Holidaycare:
Non-Flex: 100 % charged, cannot be canceled
Flex: 40 % refund in the event of cancellation
Super-Flex: 100 % refund in the event of cancellation

Yes - with the exclusive Züripets® app you can manage bookings, profiles and health data, call up reports and book additional services. Alternatively, you can also use the web browser access - so you can use Züripets® at any time and from anywhere, without an app.
The web browser access and the app are not publicly available, but will be made available to you after verification and activation by our team.
Bookings can only be made via our customer portal or the exclusive Züripets® app. This is for quality assurance purposes: we ensure that all data (health, feeding, medication, emergency contacts, etc.) is recorded completely and correctly and that no information is lost.

If your dog needs a special diet, please bring the food with you. We will adhere exactly to the feeding plan you enter in the customer portal.

Illnesses can always occur and cannot be influenced. However, we have never had an accident - thanks to our strict safety protocol and a species-appropriate, safe dog environment. Should an emergency nevertheless occur, we are available 24/7 and act immediately. Our on-site vet and our cooperation with renowned clinics guarantee rapid assistance - always in close consultation with you.
Not a single accident since day one. Safety, care and species-appropriate care are our promise.

Yes - as long as your vet approves our care. We are experienced in dealing with chronic illnesses and can also administer medication or special care instructions (at extra cost if necessary).
