Your dog spends the day in a small, harmonious group. It is supervised 24/7, lovingly cared for and experiences play, exercise and peace and quiet - in the middle of the city, easily accessible by car or public transport.

Holidaycare (24-hour vacation care incl. overnight stay)
Whether on vacation, weekends or business trips - your dog stays with us in a safe home-away-from-home. With various Flex packages (Non-Flex, Flex, Super-Flex), we offer you maximum planning security.

Emergency Assistance 24/7
Züripets® Emergency Assistance 24/7 offers you a secure emergency plan for pets in Zurich. With our key safe, your trusted persons have quick access at all times in the event of an emergency. At the same time, care for your dog or cat is organized immediately - discreetly, professionally and around the clock.

Homeservice (loving care in your home)
With Züripets® Homeservice, your pet stays in its familiar surroundings. We look after cats, small animals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish directly in your home - caringly and discreetly.

New puppy advice (expert support for puppies)
The Züripets® new puppy advice service helps you get started with your puppy - from choosing the right breed to tips on nutrition, care and training. This lays the foundation for a harmonious human-dog relationship and a happy future together.

FlightCare™ (assistance with cargo air travel)
Züripets® FlightCare™ makes your dog's air travel as stress-free as possible. Whether it's a vacation, relocation or return journey - we take care of overnight accommodation before departure, preparation, handover to a recognized pet transport company and advice on transport boxes and airline requirements. For assistance dogs (service dogs), we also offer special individual care and support.

Züripets® JetSet™ (private jet & helicopter transfers for dogs)
For the highest demands and long distances: With Züripets® JetSet™, your dog travels exclusively by private jet or helicopter - quickly, comfortably and with a focus on animal welfare.
We organize the complete travel planning including ground and air transfer, personal pick-up, check-in, escort and handover. Depending on the route, models such as the Pilatus PC-12, Cessna Citation XLS+, Phenom 300, Airbus H130 helicopter or Gulfstream G280/G550 are used.
Whether Zurich, Geneva, Davos, Sion, Milan, Dubai or Los Angeles - with Züripets® JetSet™ your dog will reach its destination safely and in style.

Backstage Therapy™ (exclusive animal-assisted relaxation for VIPs)
With Züripets® Backstage Therapy™ we bring the calming closeness of dogs into demanding situations - whether concerts, TV productions, congresses or exclusive events.
Our certified dogs and specialists discreetly provide relaxation, stress relief and emotional balance. The assignments are individually tailored to your needs - flexible backstage, in the hotel or in a separate quiet zone.
Especially in intense moments, dogs act as natural "therapists": they provide calm, serenity and turn tension into a moment of lightness.

Compulsory dog training (Canton of Zurich Veterinary Office)
Since June 1, 2025, dog owners in the Canton of Zurich have been obliged to complete theoretical and practical dog training. The courses may only be conducted by approved trainers and are registered in the AMICUS database.
Züripets® is your recognized partner for this obligation - practical, familiar and professional. From spring 2026, we will be offering theory and practical courses in small groups with personal supervision.

Dog Trainer (individual training for education & exercise)
Whether it's everyday obedience, education or special topics - with Züripets® Dog Trainer you receive individual support from experienced dog trainers. We help you with training issues, promote exercise and strengthen the bond between you and your dog.

Veterinary services (vet on site)
At Züripets®, the well-being of your pet is our priority - also in the medical field. Together with a state-licensed veterinarian, we offer veterinary services directly on site, stress-free during day or holiday care.
These include health checks, vaccinations, parasite prophylaxis, acute examinations, medication and travel preparations. On request, home visits in familiar surroundings are also available.
All treatments are carried out exclusively by a veterinarian with a cantonal license to practice in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO). Züripets® will be happy to coordinate appointments.
Important note: In acute emergencies, please contact a veterinary clinic with 24/7 emergency admission, e.g. the Zurich Animal Hospital(+41 44 635 81 12).

Physiotherapy & Rehab (strengthen mobility, joints & muscles)
With Züripets® Physiotherapy & Rehab we promote your dog's health, mobility and well-being. Whether as a preventive measure, after surgery or in the event of illness - the Physio-Check is suitable for all dogs and provides support for joint, muscle or spinal problems. Our methods include manual therapy, exercise training, massage, electrotherapy, laser therapy and therapeutic ultrasound. Wellness treatments for senior dogs are also possible.

Animal Spitex (expert care during illness & convalescence)
With Züripets® Animal Spitex, your pet receives professional care directly in your home - ideal for dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, birds, amphibians or fish that love their familiar surroundings.
Our services include medication administration, post-operative care, aftercare, palliative care and compassionate end-of-life care. Care is provided in close consultation with your vet - with veterinary supervision from our team if required.

Dog Concierge™ (hotel & city service for dogs)
With Züripets® Dog Concierge™, we offer hotel guests and travelers in Zurich an exclusive service for their dogs - convenient, flexible and loving. Whether it's check-in the evening before directly at the hotel, stress-free pick-up on the day of departure or care during your city trip - we take reliable care of your four-legged friend. On request with pick-up and drop-off service, walks, play, rest periods and feeding. As the only 24/7 premium pet sitting service in the immediate vicinity of Zurich Airport, we ensure that your dog is well looked after - while you can enjoy your trip or stay in the city without a care in the world.

Gourmet-Lounge (Fine Dining & Pawtisserie for dogs)
With the Züripets® Gourmet-Lounge & Pawtisserie, dogs experience fine dining at the highest level - exclusive, freshly prepared and full of sophistication. Our menus consist of exquisite ingredients such as beef tartare with quail egg or wild salmon with quinoa. The offer is complemented by our Pawtisserie with dog cakes, cookies and personalized birthday cakes. Everything is lovingly prepared and aesthetically presented - a delight for all the senses.

Groomer (coat care, styling & wellness)
Züripets® Groomer Dog Salon Zurich provides professional grooming for your dog - from bathing, blow-drying, clipping and trimming to medical wellness, puppy training and creative styling. The focus is always on your dog's well-being and loving care.

Pet Crematorium (farewell & memorial)
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is a very personal moment. With Züripets® Pet Crematorium, we accompany you sensitively and reliably - from collection to cremation. We organize pick-ups at home or at the vet, support you in choosing between individual or collective cremation and, if you wish, we can organize urns, burial plots, the return of ashes or a personal funeral service. In this way, you will receive dignified, individual support during this difficult time - 365 days a year.

Meet & Greet (introductory appointment)
The Meet & Greet is the first step towards care at Züripets®. In this personal meeting, dog, owner and our team get to know each other. We check whether your four-legged friend is a good fit for our groups, discuss all the important details about nutrition, health and behavior and answer your questions. This way, we ensure that your dog feels comfortable right from the start and that integration is harmonious.

Customer portal (booking & management of your care)
The Züripets® customer portal is your digital access to all services. Here you can make reservations quickly and easily around the clock, manage bookings, add additional services and communicate directly with us. This gives you an overview of all information about your dog at all times - transparent, secure and available 24/7.

Pure luxury for your four-legged friend: box-spring bed, TV, camera surveillance and an elegant ambience. The suites can be booked exclusively for guests who are looking for something special.

(dog meadow & recreational area)
The exclusive Züripets® dog meadow offers your dog safe exercise on 2,000 m2 and over 16 hectares of recreational area - directly in the city, fenced in and with video surveillance. Here dogs can run, play and socialize freely - under the supervision of our team. New benches, well-maintained paths and lots of greenery provide a relaxed environment for two- and four-legged friends.

Organization

Check-in & check-out (drop-off & pick-up times)
To keep you flexible, we at Züripets® offer clear and customer-friendly check-in and check-out times. This allows you to organize the care of your dog stress-free - whether for a whole day or overnight.

Flex packages (Non-Flex, Flex & Super-Flex)
Our Holiday Flex packages give you maximum planning security: Non-Flex: lowest rate without rebooking, Flex: rebooking possible for a fee, Super-Flex: full flexibility without additional costs. Choose your Flex package and plan with peace of mind

Vaccinations & health (prerequisite for care)
Up-to-date basic immunization is mandatory for care at Züripets®. This includes vaccinations against distemper, parvovirosis, hepatitis, leptospirosis and kennel cough. Parasite prophylaxis is also a prerequisite - for the safety of all dogs.
