Züripets® has been officially recognized by the Zurich Cantonal Department of Education as a training facility for animal care technicians (EFZ)
Züripets® has reached a milestone that once again reaffirms our position as the leading Swiss luxury pet hospitality provider. The Department of Education of the Canton of Zurich has officially approved our facility as a training site for animal care technicians (EFZ) and has classified us as unique, exceptionally valuable, and unparalleled throughout the canton and all of Switzerland. This makes Züripets® the only commercial pet care facility authorized to accept EFZ trainees—a privilege that impressively underscores our excellence, perfection, and outstanding quality in the field of animal care.
Our modern facilities, perfectly equipped down to the smallest detail, our high-quality suites, and our uncompromising standards in safety, hygiene, and process management create a learning environment that not only meets the requirements of EFZ training but also raises them to a new level. The Department of Education of the Canton of Zurich confirmsnot only that there is no comparable institution—neither in the Canton of Zurich nor anywhere else in Switzerland—but also that the quality could hardly be any better. Our high quality and excellence have been externally verified at the highest level of assessment.
Our customers also benefit directly from this. An external audit conducted by the Department of Education and the Examination Commission of the Canton of Zurich confirms that their dogs are cared for in an environment that is not only safe, modern, and professional, but is also demonstrably among the best and most sophisticated pet care facilities in all of Switzerland. This recognition provides absolute peace of mind, trust, and the certainty that their pets are in the best possible hands at Züripets®.
Our vocational training coordinator, Laura Schaad, plays a special role in this. She completed her own training back in 2014, has been familiar with every process for many years, and shares her expertise with depth, clarity, and genuine passion. Her close connection to the organization ensures that the training processes are structured, efficient, and thoroughly practical.
As a company that operates with a clear vision, we focus on offering as few apprenticeship positions as possible. This exclusivity allows us to provide personalized, intensive training with excellent guidance that goes far beyond the usual standard.
The fact that Züripets® is now the only commercial business in Zurich authorized to train animal care technicians (EFZ) reaffirms our commitment to always providing the best—and only the best—for animals and their owners. At the same time, it demonstrates just how unique, incomparable, and perfect our environment is for training and care.
Züripets® is not just a place for care. Züripets® is excellence. Züripets® is the future.
